Built on 20+ years of doing the work.

I'm Mike Marrs, founder of Gatepoint Consulting. I've spent over two decades leading complex programs at companies like HP and Watkins Wellness — building teams, processes, and the discipline that turns ambitious ideas into successful products.

I started Gatepoint because I kept seeing the same pattern: great small companies with talented teams, struggling because they lacked the program management infrastructure to launch consistently. I built that infrastructure at scale — managing portfolios worth $165M+ in annual revenue, building stage-gate processes from scratch, and leading beta programs that dramatically improved launch quality.
